We offer two assessments: Emotional Intelligence and DISC.

  • Emotional Intelligence Assessment measures the ability to understand and handle emotions, both within ourselves and in others, enabling leaders and teams to strengthen the foundation of strong and effective leadership and teamwork. 

  • DISC Assessment measures behavioral tendencies and communication styles, not intelligence or values. enabling leaders and teams to build stronger business and personal relationships.
