Package 1: Inspired to Act
6 months of Private Coaching - meet two times per month - one hour
6 months of Accountability Coaching - by appointment

This package is for the busy, but motivated business executive who wants to commit to their leadership journey with intention and accountability.  You will get a private, confidential, nonjudgmental space to set clear leadership goals and create a roadmap that improves your effectiveness as a communicator and leader, and charts the path of your leadership legacy. I use behavioral assessments, emotional intelligence strategies, and compassionate accountability to help you take action to get you where you want to be.

Package 2: Accountability Coaching
one year - by appointment - 30 minutes

This package is for the busy executive who needs a private, confidential, nonjudgmental space to quickly get another perspective, inspiration or guidance on a specific issue and some compassionate accountability to get things done. You get up to four 30-minute sessions per month that are laser-focused and get right to the heart of the matter. We'll focus on the blockage or opportunity around communication and engagement challenges and with some compassionate accountability, you'll take the best next step to move ahead quickly and effectively.
