Carolyn Mozell is a successful businesswoman with over 25 years of executive management and coaching experience in the public and private sectors. She began her professional career in 1985 working for a United States Congressman and was subsequently appointed to positions of leadership in Baltimore City for a Councilman, a Maryland State Delegate, two Council Presidents and two Mayors. Carolyn also spent time in the private sector managing people and projects for two major Associations, an engineering consulting firm, and a management consulting firm. In December of 2020, Carolyn concluded her lengthy public service career and transitioned her years of experience and passion for connecting and inspiring people into action into forming Leaders Who Connect and Inspire LLC.

 

Leaders Who Connect and Inspire LLC provides solutions to inspire a culture of engagement and teamwork to help businesses and organizations achieve their goals. Carolyn’s vision is to put more kindness into the world through leadership that is compassionate, has integrity and is accountable.

 

Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Certified Emotional Intelligence and DISC Behavioral Assessment Practitioner. She lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Dawyne and cat, Eva.
